Terms of Service

Effective October 16, 2026 · Last updated October 16, 2026

These terms cover your use of Timesheet, a time-tracking, approval and invoicing service provided by Next Dynamics Inc. (“we”, “us”). By signing in or accepting an invitation, you agree to them on behalf of yourself and, where you act for one, your organization.

1Accounts and invitations

Workspaces are created by an organization. Members join only through an invitation sent by a workspace admin, and each person uses their own account.

Keep your password private and tell your admin or us straight away if you think someone else has used your account. You are responsible for activity under your account.

2Your workspace data

Your organization owns the data entered into its workspace, including time entries, projects, rates, expenses, receipts, invoices and reports. We process it only to run the service for you.

You confirm you have the right to upload any files and information you add, and that they do not break any law or anyone else’s rights.

3Acceptable use

Do not misuse the service: no attempts to access other workspaces or accounts, probe or disrupt the system, upload malware, or use Timesheet to send unsolicited messages.

We may suspend access that puts the service or other customers at risk, and will tell you why when we can.

4Plans and fees

Access is provided to your organization under a separate agreement or order form with Next Dynamics Inc. If no fees apply to your workspace, we provide the service at no charge unless we agree otherwise in writing.

5Availability and changes

We work to keep Timesheet available and secure, but it may occasionally be unavailable for maintenance or reasons outside our control.

We may improve or change features over time. If a change materially reduces what you rely on, we will give reasonable notice.

6Ending your use

Your organization can close its workspace at any time. An admin can remove a member’s access at any time.

After a workspace is closed we delete or anonymize its data within 90 days, unless the law requires us to keep it longer.

7Disclaimers and liability

Timesheet is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we disclaim implied warranties and are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Our total liability arising from these terms or the service is limited to the greater of one hundred US dollars (USD 100) or the fees your organization paid us for the service in the twelve months before the claim.

Reports, totals and invoices are generated from the data you enter. Check them before you rely on them for payroll, billing or tax.

8Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, USA, excluding its conflict-of-law rules. Disputes go to the state or federal courts located in Chicago, Illinois.

9Changes to these terms

If we update these terms we will change the date at the top and, for material changes, tell workspace admins in advance. Continuing to use Timesheet after that means you accept the updated terms.
